DeciDyn currently has several openings at Principal Consultant, Sr. Consultant and Consultant level (opportunities at leadership level are also available). We invite people with quantitative / analytical business experience to join the team. Team members will work on a variety of projects from inception to delivery with opportunities to engage directly with clients.

We are looking for:

Domain Experts
We are looking people with extensive operational or analytic experience in any industry vertical, viz., financial services, retail, insurance telecom, travel or pharma. The domain experts would

  • Bring industry perspective in the analytic solutions we solve
  • Engage with the Business Users in mapping / gap analysis and offer innovative solutions leveraging on internal analytics strength
  • Identify and develop relationships for business development

Skill-sets

  • MBA/M.Tech/MS from top institutes
  • 4-10 years of experience in one of the industry verticals
  • Exposure to IT or Analytics tools and techniques. Strong problem solving capability
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Additional Skills

  • Experience in business development activities including client interaction and proposal making
  • Work experience in Analytics or IT industry as functional/domain consultant
  • Involved in lead generation
  • Managed a team of 5+

Predictive Analytics/Statistical Modeling Experts

The predictive analytics experts would

  • Gather, explore and analyze data; develop plan by breaking the problem into components
  • Develop solutions using segmentation, regression or other
  • statistical techniques
  • Build risk (particularly Basel II) and marketing (response, activation, etc.) models
  • Have good understanding of defining performance, sampling and scaling

Skills-sets

  • Masters in Statistics, Econometrics or Mathematics. Bachelors or Masters in Engineering/Technology from top institutes
  • 1-6 years of hands-on experience
  • Knowledge of SAS/SQL
  • Good communication and presentation skills

Additional Skills

  • Development of Commercial/Small Business Lending Scorecards
  • Exposure to Basel II guidelines for model development
  • Factor and Principal Component Analysis
  • Exposure to Clustering Techniques

Algorithm Specialists
If you have a passion to solve complex problems and have a strong mathematical mind-set, then this one is for you. DeciDyn, in its endeavour to solve complex business problems, has a strong focus on product development that helps in automated decisioning. The potential candidate would

  • Identify alternative solutions for solving a business problem
  • Understand pros and cons of various solutions identified
  • Design final solution using mathematical or artificial intelligence techniques

Skill-sets

  • Masters or Bachelors in Engineering, Econometrics, Mathematics or Statistics
  • 1-5 years of experience in developing solutons using mathematical models or artificial intelligence
  • Good understanding of a broad range of algorithms and data structures
  • Exposure to OO development in C++ or Java

Additional Skills

  • Exposure to optimization techniques
  • Hands-on software development experience using C, C++, Java or Perl
  • Exposure to OS fundamentals, database skills and experience with large-scale multi-tiered distributed systems
  • Exposure to text mining, pattern recognition techniques

Candidates should have exposure to developing MIS solutions using SAS BI, Hyperion or Business Objects. The MIS Analysts would

  • Understand Client’s reporting requirements
  • Develop reporting platform to deliver user-friendly reporting platform with drill-down capabilities

  • Masters or Bachelors in Computer Applications or Engineering with good academic record
  • 1-6 years of relevant experience in developing MIS
  • Strong knowledge of SAS, SQL, VB
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel/Access/Powerpoint

Additional Skills

  • Exposure of setting-up end-to-end MIS infrastructure including hands-on experience in OLAP and OLTP
  • Datawarehousing skills - exposure in setting up datamarts

DeciDyn focuses on delivering technology based analytic solutions. To achieve this, we are looking for people with Java, C++, Perl and similar experience with analytical bent of mind. The developers would

  • Break the project into various stages of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Suggest appropriate technology for a particular problem and then develop application

Skill-sets

  • Masters or Bachelors in Computer Applications or Engineering with good academic record
  • 1-8 years of relevant experience in software application
  • Strong knowledge of Java, C++ or Perl
  • Good understanding of databases
  • Good communication skills

Additional Skills

  • Exposure to OS fundamentals, database skills and experience with large-scale multi-tiered distributed systems
  • Experience of broad-range of open-source programs, algorithms and data-structures
