Anand Melige
Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Anand Melige has 18 years of experience in leveraging data and analytics to drive business solutions in Risk Management, Marketing and Distribution. He set up the Analytic Center of Excellence for GE in Bangalore in 1998. This was the first off shored analytic center in India. He was also instrumental in setting up the risk analytics center for Citibank in Mumbai, India. He has worked with American Express Bank, General Electric; and in his last role he was working as Senior Vice President at Citbank. Anand did his M.Tech. from IIT, Kharagpur and MS in Management and Economics from Cornell University. 

Nitin Godawat
Chief Operating Officer

Nitin has around 11 years of experience in analytics and management consulting. He has been with Analytics group of Genpact (earlier GE Capital International Services) for more than 6 years and had worked in risk, marketing, collections and pricing analytics for varied retail financial products like cards, loans, sales finance, mortgage, etc. His skill-sets range from statistical and financial modeling, developing data-based strategies, setting-up MIS platform, campaign management and market research. Prior to Genpact, Nitin had a stint in management consulting division of Tata Consultancy Services, one of the largest management and software consulting firm in the world and Larsen & Toubro, one of the largest engineering companies in South-east Asia. Nitin is a BE(Hons) from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Jaipur and an MBA (Finance) from K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management, Mumbai, and is a Six Sigma Green Belt certified.

Jimmy Kohli
Vice president - Business Development

Jimmy is responsible for driving sales growth of DeciDyn’s analytics solutions and products in the North American market. In his previous roles, Jimmy has helped global organizations as well as small to mid-tier clients discover actionable value from their data using analytics. Jimmy joins us from Angoss where he sold predictive analytics software as well as risk & marketing analytics solutions to a wide range of institutions in the Finance, Insurance, Telecom, Health & Retail vertical space. Jimmy brings in a consultative selling approach, and has a Masters in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo, Canada.

Manjula Sharada
Vice President – Modeling

Manjula comes with nine years of experience, primarily in developing analytic solutions for various banking and insurance products. Prior to joining DeciDyn, she was part of the Analytics group of Genpact (erstwhile GE Capital International Services). At Genpact, she was instrumental in setting up a big team for Collections Analytics, developing risk scorecards for Retail portfolios and establishing training infrastructure. Before joining Genpact - Analytics, she had a stint in academics at Indian Statistical Institute, Bangalore. Manjula is a Masters in Statistics from Mumbai University.

Surajit Das
Vice President – Process Automation

Surajit joins us from Citibank where he had extensive experience of data management used for analytics. He has worked on in-house CRM solutions and was involved in setting up the analytic datamart. He has hands-on experience in setting up auditable and automated processes for campaign management, model validation and financial reporting. He is a MPhil in Economics from Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research (IGIDR), Mumbai.
